Mythical man month

Adding ppl to a late project makes it later.

Man and months are not interchangeable in software projects, or jobs where the tasks cant be easily partitioned.

Pegar blocks can be easily partitioned, having a baby is impossible to partition.

Communation is crucial.

At a small party you can cling glasses with everyone but in a a big party you end up clinging glasses with the ppl near you. Communication is similar

For design:
A simple tool that does little is useless
A super powerful tool that is complex to use is not usable.
Software is a tool that should be designed with the end user in mind.

For managerial job
Important documents every project should have

Writing and updating these documents / documenting in general is often seen by managers like a boring obligation side task, but it is important.

Documents can save huge amount of time, arguing about stuff and bring a lot of clarity.

Most of the work a manager actually does/spends time doing is communicating, comunicating decisions, documenting, encouraging the team.

When you write stuff/plans down you actually take a lot of micro decisions as you write. This brings more clarity.
